We went camping this weekend on the annual Fabiano camping trip. I must admit I was a bit nervous to take both boys and set up without Ryan there on the first night. However, it went really well. Collin had a blast getting dirty, playing with Mason , Lucas & Adam and taking trips to the park thanks to Cierra and Raegan. Caiden was really good too, he slept through the night to 6:30 both nights and was barely fussy. He is turning into a pretty good baby. His smile is so cute and he is such a blabber.

We leave for Indiana on Friday so Ryan and I can spend some much needed adult time together and the boys can see their nana and papa. We are all so excited. Ryan and I have not had any real alone time in almost 2 years. Collin is so excited but is a bit bummed that Madi will be visiting her other grandparents in NY. He really loves and misses his cousin. But I'm sure he will love the one on one time with Nana and Papa.

BUSY BUSY...

Right now I am working about 32 hours a week, plus I am on call once a week and every 5th weekend at the hospital right here in town. I love my job and the people I work with but WOW I am so busy. I have both of the boys right now by myself while Ryan is still working down in Romulus. We hope to have him living with us by late fall. I wish someone would have told me how much harder 2 kids is than 1. What a overwhleming difference! I think it wouldn't be so bad if I had Ryan here to help with bedtimes and morning routine. Caiden is getting so big now; today he turned 3 months!! Hard to believe 3 months have already passed. He can be a lot of fun, he has such a cute giggle and smile. However, as cute as he can be sometimes, most of the time he is a lot of work. He has to be held to be happy, he is very particular about eatting (he likes to refuse the bottle for 8hrs while I am at work- stubborness runs in the family) and doesn't like to nap. Now granted we all know I was spoiled with Collin, but I never knew how much. Collin slept through the night a 5 weeks, was taking a bottle at 2 weeks, took several 3 hour naps, didn't mind be left alone, and was an overall great baby. So it was a wake-up call when Caiden came along. Now I have a needy newborn and a 3 yr old who likes to test the water OFTEN!! I haven't had time to post new photos recently, hopefully when we get settled in our own place I will catch up on that.
